Aramex delivers within 3 working days once the order is processed and packed.
It usually takes 1 working day to pick and pack an order.

HOW DOES YOUR 30-DAY FREE RETURNS WORK?
Upon receiving your items, you have 30-days to make an return for free.
You can return them at 40 drop-off locations island-wide. **
**(Items purchased during a Sale e.g BD40 can only be exchanged at Anothersole retail stores for another item except for newly launched designs after the sale.
In the event you wish to replace with a design launched after the sale, you will need to TOP UP with the difference of what you’ve paid and the price of the desired item)
You will be given store credits with free shipping once we process your parcel in our office.
We expect the process to take approximately 7 working days.

Store credits are valid for 90-days.
Rest assured, you will be credited the returned item's full original value, not just what you paid.
DO YOU OFFER CASH REFUNDS?
We can offer cash refunds - less third party logistics costs and duties. This includes the cost of taxes, shipping the items to you and having it sent back to us.
Items purchased during our sale period (eg BD40) is not eligible for all forms of refunds.

As a small, independent company based in Singapore, we cannot afford to offer full cash refunds after paying for 3rd party costs. We'd like to stay in business for a long time to come :)

WHAT'S NOT A DEFECT?
Please note leather products are organic in nature and imperfections, blemishes, uneven tonality, veins and grains are characteristics of natural leathers and is not a defect. Colour differences can occur leather to leather due to the tanning process.
Whilst we take a great amount of effort in ensuring colour accuracy in our digital images, sometimes the delivered goods may have slight variations due to reasons listed above and also the difference in lighting used for photoshoot.
All our shoes are made with the same shoe mould and outsole. Leathers in different thickness/animals can fit differently in the beginning even of the same size. As a general rule, as long as you have room in front of your toes, it's best to let the tighter shoe stretch out especially if you have been wearing that same size for Anothersole items.
Getting a larger size may result in a loose shoe after it stretch out.
We can help you if you are unsure if you should return for a different size.
- Returned items MUST be in its original mint condition with all packaging and hangtags included otherwise they may be rejected upon inspection in Singapore. Returns made without the conditions specified will be rejected and the shoe be sent back to you at your own cost, failing which it will be destroyed when unclaimed. This is to ensure the same merchandise is not being sold to another customer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
It takes a few working days for the courier company to deliver your parcel to our office.
Upon receiving the parcel, We try to process returns and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the returned item(s) from you. You will be contacted via email with a digital code to make your replacement purchase.
