Anothersole+ Membership Terms
Terms & Conditions
Effective Starting: 1 September 2025
Welcome to Anothersole+!
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Anothersole+ Membership Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you agree to comply with the following terms, whether you shop online or in-store.
1. Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Available only in Singapore, both online and physical stores.
2. How to Join
You can sign up for Anothersole+:
- In-store at participating Anothersole outlets
- Online at www.anothersole.com
A valid email address and mobile number are required to register.
3. Member Benefits
As an Anothersole+ member, you’ll enjoy:
- Welcome offer
- Member-only promotions and discounts
- Birthday deals
- Early access to exclusive launches
- And more surprises!
Benefits may vary by location and may be updated from time to time.
4. Membership Fee
Anothersole+ Annual is currently $39/year ($42.51 w/ GST), Anothersole+ Lifetime is $89 one time payment ($97.01 w/ GST).
- Annual memberships are not auto-renewable; members will need to re-subscribe manually each year if they wish to continue.
- Membership only commences upon successful sign-up and confirmation.
- Membership fees, if applicable, are strictly non-refundable, whether in full or in part.
- Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
- Membership fees must be paid using standard payment methods at checkout.
- Gift cards, redemption codes, and perk vouchers cannot be used to offset or pay for the membership fee.
5. Using Your Membership
Membership is non-transferable and intended for personal use only. To enjoy your benefits:
- Log in with your registered account when shopping online.
- Provide your registered email when shopping in-store.
A minimum spend of $150 per year is required for members to retain their Anothersole+ Lifetime membership every year.
6. Membership Gifting
You may purchase an Anothersole+ membership as a gift for someone else.
- To activate the gifted membership:
- The recipient must use the same email address entered at the time of purchase. If the email address does not match, activation will not be successful.
- Anothersole is not responsible for incorrect email addresses submitted during gifting that result in a failed activation.
7. Member's Price
- Anothersole+ members are entitled to exclusive member pricing across most collections.

Exceptions apply, including:
- Final Sale items, which are not eligible for member pricing unless otherwise stated
- Collaboration collections, which are excluded from member pricing and discounts unless explicitly mentioned
8. Discounts
- Membership discounts, vouchers, and perks are not stackable with other promotional or discount codes outside of the membership program.
- Only one discount, perk, or promo code may be applied per transaction, unless otherwise specified.

Final Sale items are excluded from all discounts, including but not limited to birthday vouchers, storewide promotions, and perks codes.
9. Account Info
- Please keep your account details accurate and up to date.
- We are not responsible for missed benefits due to incorrect or outdated information.
10. Privacy & Communication
By joining, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive:
- Membership updates
- Promotional emails or SMS
- Other marketing communications
Your data will be handled securely in line with data protection regulations.
11. Cancellation & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership if fraudulent activity is detected.
12. Liability
Anothersole reserves the full and final rights to amend, suspend, or terminate the Anothersole+ membership program, its Terms & Conditions, and any redemption benefits at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following circumstances:
- Unavailability of Benefits – Certain rewards, perks, or offers may be discontinued, substituted, or modified without prior notice.
- Technical Issues – Membership features may be temporarily unavailable due to system errors, website downtime, or other technical disruptions.
- Program Adjustments – Changes may be required to ensure fair usage, improve member experience, or comply with business or legal requirements.
Anothersole will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from:
- Delays, errors, or interruptions in the website, mobile app, or in-store systems
- Unauthorized access or misuse of a member’s account beyond our reasonable control
Anothersole’s decision is final and binding regarding any membership matters, including eligibility, benefits, and redemptions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts under Singapore jurisdiction.
