For memberships purchased before 1 October 2026:
Your membership does not automatically renew, so there's no need to cancel. You'll continue to enjoy all your membership benefits until the end of your 12-month term, after which your membership will automatically expire unless you choose to renew.
For memberships purchased on or after 1 October 2026:
Your membership is on an annual recurring plan and will automatically renew each year. If you prefer not to renew, you can cancel anytime by logging into your member account and navigating to:
Profile >> Manage Membership >> Cancel Membership
Don't worry! Cancelling your membership simply stops the next renewal. You'll still enjoy all your membership benefits until the end of your current paid membership period, with no further charges after cancellation.
