What is your return policy and money back guarantee?
Money back guarantee applies to online purchases only. If your shoes don't fit, return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned, but are not eligible for monetary refunds. We offer free 1-to-1 exchange or store credits that never expire.
All returns must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact, within 30 days of receipt.
Final sale items, gift cards, and carrier bags cannot be returned.

What is your exchange policy?
Visit any Anothersole store to exchange your item(s). Click here for our store locations.
You can exchange any returnable item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Items must have original tags and packaging, and be unworn. Present your order confirmation email or e-receipt with your order number to our retail team.
If your desired item isn't in stock at your preferred store but is available online, our team can arrange for it to be sent to that location for exchange. This process typically takes up to 14 days.
Can I exchange my online order at any Anothersole stores?
Absolutely! You may do so within the 30-day return window. The item(s) must have its original tags, packaging, and be unworn and unwashed.
What happens to my discount if I were to do an exchange?
The discount will not be affected — it remains in your order. If you decided to exchange to a more expensive item, you'll just need to top up the difference after the discount is applied.
Does the store credit or gift card for an exchange expire?
It never expires. 🎉
