What products are included in the Birthday Sale or the BD40 Promotion?

Anothersole's Birthday Sale (BD40) offer is applicable only in Singapore- online at www.anothersole.com and in all Anothersole stores - including our Tangs retail counters.

The BD40 promotion applies to the following best selling collections:

1. Anytime Flats
2. Anew Marshmallow Sandals
3. Knotty Sandals
4. 247 Sneakers, and
5. Anew Mini, Anew M, and Folio bags

If you are browsing online, you will find there are tags on the products- those with BD40 labels means they are included in the sale. You can access the complete list of BD40 Inclusive items here.  

Can I get a refund for the items I purchased?

There is strictly no monetary or credit refunds for orders placed with the 'BD40' discount codes.  Orders using the 'BD40' discount code that have been finalised cannot be cancelled or changed.

Can I combine my other discounts from Anothersole?

This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers. Discount codes cannot be combined which means only 1 code may be used on a single order.

Can I use my gift card for purchasing?

Gift card purchases are not eligible for any discounts.

Are there any products or collections that are not included in the sale?

Not all products are included in the BD40 Sale. These are items tagged with “New Arrivals” and Limited Edition.

You can however still enjoy our year long bundle deals on these new designs using our JOY discount. 

• 10% off total order with code “JOY10” on any 2 items.
• 15% off total order with code JOY15 on any 3 items.
• 20% off total order with code JOY20 on any 4 items or more.

What is the Return & Exchange Policy for this promotion?

We allow Returns & Exchange for items purchased within the dates inclusive for this promotion. Provided that you have a copy of the transaction receipt and the goods and box are intact and in unused and mint condition. Do take note of the following to allow a hassle and stress-free process. 

• The Birthday Sale officially starts on the 25th of October, 2024. Purchases made prior to this date are not eligible for the discount. Meaning the discount will not be retroactively applied to past purchases. 
• Exchange of a lower priced item is permitted, but no reimbursement of the difference will be provided.
• Exchange is only valid for 30 days from the order date.
• Orders placed with the 'BD40' and discount codes cannot be exchanged for products which are not included in the BD40 list.
• For purchases made ONLINE or in Anothersole stores, you can make your exchange in any of our Anothersole shops.
• For purchases made from any TANGS stores, you may exchange directly in our TANGS retail counters. 

This offer is valid while stocks last. These Terms & Conditions are specific to Anothersole's Birthday Sale which starts on the 25th of Oct 2024 till promotion ends.  Anothersole reserves the full & final rights to this promotion.
