How do I join the My Anothersole Loyalty Program?
If you've an existing account on www.anothersole.com as of 14 July 2021, you'll be automatically enrolled into the Loyalty Program with special bonus points. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free by clicking on Join Now!
When will my tier status be downgraded?
Member tier: Your tier status will never expire.
VIP tier: Your tier status will be downgraded to Member tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of $500 over a 12-month period from the date you joined My Anothersole.
Superstar tier: Your tier status will be downgraded to VIP or Member if you do not hit the accumulated spend of $1300 over a 12-month period from the date you joined My Anothersole.
How do I earn points?
You can earn loyalty points by signing up for an My Anothersole account, completing your profile and shopping with us! Every $1 spent with us both online and in-stores will earn you 1 point.
*Note: Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. The purchase amount paid using Gift Cards and Store Credit will not earn points.
When will my points expire?
Your points will expire at the last day of the month after a 12-month period - regardless of your membership tier.
I.E. If you earned 200 points on 10 June 2021 and 100 points on 25 June 2022, your point total of 300 points will expire on 31 June 2022. Find out about your point status in My Account.
Will my past purchases be transformed into points?
You will earn 1 point with every dollar purchased on and after 14 July 2021. If you have an existing account on www.anothersole.com as of 13th July 2021, you'll be automatically enrolled into the Loyalty Program with bonus points credited into your account. Purchases made before 14 July 2021 will not be credited as points.
Can I earn points when I purchase gift card?
Yes. Gift Card purchase will earn you points $1=1 point as well. However, purchases using Gift Card will not earn you points.
Will my points be deducted if I request for a refund/exchange/store credits?
Your points will not be deducted if your order is returned for Store Credit. However, do note that purchase paid using Store Credit will not earn you points.
Can I sign up for My Anothersole Loyalty Program in-store?
Of course! You can simply approach our friendly retail team member for help.
How does Refer A Friend work?
You can refer a friend easily by sharing your personal referral link. The referral will be successful after your referred friend creates an account by clicking on your referral and make his/her first purchase. You will receive a $5 discount upon each successful referral. Refer away!
Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?
Points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non-transferrable.
