Ensure that your parcel is ready


  • You will require the email that you bought the item with and your order number to be entered in #SGXXXX.
  • You should have received your waybill from our return portal if you have gone through the process properly. There will be a copy that is downloaded to your computer or you can check your email to print it out.
  • Ensure that you have wrapped your product and box in the Aramex mailer that the product was sent in.
  • If the above mailer is not available, you may use any from of plastic wrapper.
  • You must place the waybill prominently on the top of the parcel.
  • Please see the image below for an example of a parcel that is ready to be sent to us.
  • See any of the 40 locations below for you to drop your product off at and they will be sent to us.
  • You must proceed to the location you chose as the system has logged that location to receive your parcel.

We are working with Aramex Returns where you will be able to drop-off your items at any one of 40+ locations in Singapore.
There will be an exhaustive list that you can choose from at the last stage of your return process.


Returns & Exchanges Requirements

Returns

With effect from 1st Feb 2018, we will pick up your shoes for returns.
Once we verify the goods are returned in good condition and full packaging, we will refund you in store credits to be used for your desired size.
We no longer do one to one exchange effective 1 Feb 2018.

  • Anothersole.com offers 1-time free local and international returns for all ONLINE purchases made on Anothersole.com. For purchases made in retail stores, you MUST make the returns where you have bought the shoes from due to accounting issues.

  • All items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.

  • For a return to be approved - the items must be unworn, undamaged with all original packaging and hangtags included.

  • All exchanges must be made through our return portal that can be found here. Key in your order number egs: SG3470 and your email address to retrieve your order details.

  • You can then purchase the shoe that you prefer using the store credits/discount code issued to you.

  • All the above conditions must be met to accept your exchange request.

  • Purchases made during sale periods are not eligible for refunds in the form of cash/credit.

  • Please note leather products are organic in nature and imperfections, blemishes, uneven tonality, veins and uneven grains are characteristics of leather and is not a defect. Do understand colour differences can occur from leather to leather due to the tanning process. For dark leathers, some colour transfer may happen in the beginning, we suggest a dark coloured socklet to be worn.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Anothersole purchase, you can return it for a full refund if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship. You may return it within 7 days of receipt of the product. Do contact us at customerservice@anothersole.com to share with us the proof of receipt (with date), a picture of the damaged goods, and your delivery details. We will process your refund in 7 days of receiving your request.

  • Refunds require items to be returned back to us in the manner it was received with all original packaging and hangtags included.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
  • All refunds require prior authorisation from customerservice@anothersole.com without which your refund will not be processed.
  • Shoes must not be worn and should be in a merchantable condition.
  • Refunds are processed ONLY in store credits against future purchases with 1 year validity.
