Returning Your Parcel

Please proceed with this portal for returns for store credits or exchanges. 

For monetary refunds (subjected to restocking fees, please email us at customerservice@anothersole.com).

How long will it take?

Give and take, it is about 7 working days in total.

What happens after this?

Once we receive your parcel, our friendly Customer Support will email you if we accept or reject your return. Refer to FAQ for T&Cs. 

How to ensure your return is accepted?

The item(s) you want to return MUST be in their original condition with all packaging intact.

 Ready to go - here’s what to expect after hitting “Begin Your Return Process” link:-

    1. Order number: You can locate it in your order confirmation email. e.g #SG1234
    2. Email address: Use the same email address you ordered with.
    3. There will be a short questionnaire to confirm the product you are returning.
    4. Select the location you would like to drop off your item to.
    5. A label will then be generated for you to download and print. You will also receive an email with the label download link, as well as the tracking link of your returned item.


  1. Print the return label.
  2. Wrap your return package neatly, seal it and paste the return label onto the return package as shown below.
    Drop your parcel off at your chosen location.

  3. Usually, it takes another 5 working days for us to receive the shoes.
  4. Upon receiving the shoes, approved returns will be emailed store credits.
  5. Use the store credits for your replacement item(s). Free shipping included (ikr!).
