1st EXCHANGE: FREE

We allow one complimentary return per order. This means we pay for the shoes to be sent back to Singapore using Aramex. The next replacement shoes will be sent to you using Aramex for free as well!

If you prefer to have a monetary refund, the 3rd party logistics charges paid for your order will be deducted.

As a small startup, we do not have the scale to absorb these costs. We hope you can understand.
