Returns and Exchanges
In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, exchange period has been extended to 60-day until further notice.
What’s your return policy, is it free?
Your first return is free! Our free return window is 30 days from the date you receive your shoes (extended to 60 days until further notice). We want you to love your Anothersole, if it doesn’t work for you, just send them back in its original mint state, unworn, unwashed & in your original packaging. We'll do the rest.
When trying on your Anothersole for fit and comfort upon receiving, please make sure to only wear them indoor on a clean floor. If you plan to return them (or think there’s a slight chance you might need to do an exchange), we ask that you refrain from wearing them outside. This eliminates the possibility of dirt, grime, etc. We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn, washed, tarnished or altered in any way.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Here are two options for your return/exchange:
1) Return for Store Credit/Exchange
Visit our Return Portal to process your return. You can choose to do a 1-to-1 exchange at Anothersole@Great World or choose to have it picked up from you.
For pick-up, you will receive an email with return label and instructions to arrange with the courier for pick-up/drop-off. We will send you an email when your return is approved.
In this email, you will receive the store credit with the full value of the items returned. You can use this store credit immediately upon receiving to get any of your preferred Anothersole shoes. Yes, shipping is also free for your order made using this store credit.
2) Return for monetary refund
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request. We will send you your return label and instruction
The refund value will be the full value of the returned item, less restocking fees (SG$10). Please note that any sales taxes or duties paid are non-refundable.
How long is the return/exchange process?
We will process your return/exchange within 24 business hours after receiving your returned items in Singapore.
It normally takes 2-3 business days for the Singapore returns and 5-7 business days for international returns to reach us.
