When can I receive my order?
For orders in Singapore, your Anothersole should reach you in 2-3 working days with free express shipping by Aramex (Orders placed after 12pm Friday is considered a Monday order).
With free international shipping, your Anothersole should arrive in 5-7 working days. (Orders placed after 12pm Friday is considered a Monday order)
Do expect some delivery delays during this period due to COVID-19.
Do I need to pay taxes and duties?
Sales taxes and duties are dependent on your shipping destination. You may be subjected to additional import fees upon delivery depending on your location.

Please understand that Anothersole does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. If you choose not to pay the Customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Anothersole, we will contact you regarding a re-shipment or refund.
Customs may choose to dispose of your package instead of returning it to Anothersole. In this instance, we will not be liable to reship the product to you or offer a refund.
