- Never use artificial heat or direct sunlight to hasten the drying process as it may damage the suede/leather.
- Never machine wash your sandals but if it does get wet in the rain, pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally.

Please size up. The knots are such torture to walk in, it’s extremely painful and I’m keeping it in closet after first wear. But good thing is it never give me blisters

I took time to write this cos I wanted to wear them out a few times before giving a review.
They are really comfortable to wear, and I am considering to get another pair. Just 2 considerations:
1. If you have wide feet like me, you might find the front part little tight on the first wear, but it will expand and become a non issue.
2. The marshmallow cushion, while super comfy, did get a little sticky for me after long wear (only where the balls of the feet are). Nothing major though.

The soles are really comfy however unexpectedly the big knots were quite hard and pressurising on the top part of the feet causing bruises and became painful to walk :(

It is so soft, buttery soft. I dont know how it will endure our rainy weathers (as most leathers require extra care) Great heel support. I hope the sales associates can advise us on the care for these leathers

These leathers can be sprayed with waterguard leather spray and if you like, use a colourless leather protector for lubrication to prevent the leather from drying out. Hi there! Thank you for your feedback on our Bonjour Marshmallow - Black product. We designed the sandals to givee a latext pillow effect as you may experience already. The outsole is also raised for added comfort and perfect for wet weathers. The material we chose also ensues longetity of use and enhanced performance for traction and abrasion. We debated if we could use lighter mediums like EVA or injected PU but they are inferior in its overall performance although significantly cheaper to source. We believe in using the best materials we can source and at this point, the footbed and outsole developed best meet the functional request of our designers. We will continue to be on the lookout for newer generations of materials and when the opportunity comes, we will definitely explore that.

These are sandals are one of the most comfortable pairs that I own. The insoles are soft and flexible, quite supportive. These would have been five-starred sandals if the knots were made of the same leather as the insoles.
